要大家由衷熱愛WNBA，甚至像看待NBA一樣的瞭解她，其實有點強人所難。話又說回來，就「實戰」的觀點而言，相較於其他球類運動聯盟賽事，真的很瞭解WNBA，也未必會對荷包帶來什麼好處。
所以呢，或許只要解讀這張表，與6月10日時對照，就能大概得知14隻球隊近來的戰力起伏，以及不管戰績好壞，所有球隊在盤口上的表現（代表她們貫徹基本盤的能力）。那個ATS早就在哪些文章的哪些地方提過，就不再贅述了；總之，就代表她們「過關」啦！這個比較重要！不然，她們贏球，支持者輸錢，總不成個理。

之前我們看好的洛杉磯火花，緩步向上攻堅。我們直接看衰一整季的亞特蘭大美夢，竟真的噩夢成真，迄今一勝難求。這下壓力可大了啊──對他們的敵手而言。畢竟，誰讓這樣的球隊開胡，可真不是一個衰字了得。
底特律震動，就像活塞隊一樣，一個字：「穩」！但聖安東尼奧銀星的5連勝，和明尼蘇達山貓的5連敗，這震盪可就大了。
其實雖然依偎在NBA身邊，但WNBA的市場接受度還不高；認真說起來，也還算不上完全穩定的職業運動組織；1997年開打，目前已掛掉了4隻球隊：克利夫蘭搖滾人（Cleveland Rockers）、邁阿密太陽神（Miami Sol）、夏洛特蜂針（Charlotte Sting）、波特蘭火燄（Portland Fire）。去年，柯羅拉多寒風隊（Colorado Chill）興高采烈的想成立，但因錢籌不齊，胎死腹中。也就是說：今年加入聯盟的亞特蘭大美夢，就是WNBA獨一無二的大菜鳥。嗯！雖然目前的打算還是持續伺機反下這個平均每戰可以輸個13.5分的球隊，但好想知道誰能讓她們開胡啊！
因為欣逢奧運年，所以明尼蘇達山貓隊總教練李爾登（Don Zierden）說：比起正常年度裡的同樣階段，今年休戰前的賽程格外重要，也更必須拚搏。是這樣嗎？打到現在，好像也沒什麼不同啊……

奧胖夜店放歌鄙視科比 大鯊魚：沒有我你永遠不行 6月24日ESPN消息，四年過去了，沙奎爾-奧尼爾已經先後輾轉兩支球隊，在邁阿密熱火他又拿了一次總冠軍，但是只要有機會，大鯊魚還是不忘羞辱 科比-布萊恩。 昨天在邁阿密一家夜店，玩得興起的奧尼爾上台即興表演了一首Rap，歌詞第一句就是， “你知道我有多Happy，上個星期科比沒有我還是不行。” 洛杉磯湖人上周剛剛在總決賽中2-4被波士頓凱爾特人擊敗...... 2003-04賽季湖人總決賽負于底特律活塞，OK組合宣布解體，奧尼爾被湖人交易至熱火，當時大鯊魚就怒斥科比是導致他離開洛杉磯的罪魁禍首 “科比就是個小醜，一個笑話。” 奧尼爾憤怒的說道。 奧尼爾率熱火2006年贏得總冠軍，他在歌中還驕傲的表示， “熱火從冠軍到聯盟墊底，原因就是自己的離隊。” 歌曲高潮部分，奧尼爾不斷重複歌唱， “XX科比，親我的屁股，告訴我它味道怎麼樣。” 全場賓客的情緒因此被調動到了最高點。 奧尼爾唱歌的時候一直在笑，他還通過歌詞指責是科比毀掉了自己的婚姻， “我是一匹種馬，科比把我閹割，這就是為什麼我會離婚，他說我給了一個女人100萬，我是沙克我不能這麼做。我愛我的女人，我不會離開她們，我做了輸精管結扎手術，現在我已不能播種。” 2004年科比被強奸案搞得焦頭爛額的時候，曾經拉奧尼爾出來墊背，聲稱鯊魚為了擺平婚外情給不同的女人支付多達百萬美元的封口費，當時氣瘋了的奧尼爾說道， “這簡直可笑至極。” 沙克最後不斷重複歌唱， “科比，沒有我你永遠也不行，” 結束了他在夜店的即興演出。
